Medical provisions and care at the end of life
The fourth dialogue event of NRP 67 is a collaborative project conducted together with the Federal Office of Public Health.
A review of the third dialogue event
"Assisted suicide: practices, values and regulations". This was the title under which researchers presented the initial findings of three projects from the NRP "End of life" on 4 July. Over 150 experts from public offices, research, politics and real-world practice joined in the discussions at the event in Berne.
The 2016 prize for primary care is awarded to scientists in Basel
The College of Primary Care Medicine awards its prize for primary care 2016 to the team of Klaus Bally at the Centre for Primary Care Medicine at the University of Basel.
More research teams have concluded their projects
By now about one third of research projects have been completed. Summaries are available on the website.

   Dialogue event: "Dying in Switzerland: medical provisions and care at the end of life"

This event will be the fourth in a series of five public and national events that hopes to encourage the exchange of knowledge between researchers and representatives from various areas of society.

   The wish to die in persons with serious illness

29-30 September 2016, 13.30-19.00, REHAB Basel, clinic for neuro rehabilitation and paraplegia, Im Burgfelderhof 40, Basel

This conference marks the end of the project "The wish to die in persons with serious illness", conducted under the lead of Heike Gudat Keller of the "Hospiz im Park" in Arlesheim. This study is part of the NRP 67 "End of life".
